Yoyo Stroller, Rhonda Massad,

Grandma wants her own stroller!

I like having my own stroller in my car.  Just in case.  It makes life easier for drop offs and if I want to go for a walk or decide to make an unplanned trip I want to be equipped.  Mason’s main stroller is rather large and needed for his regular life style but I wanted a compact stroller for my place.

The one I like best is the latest by BABYZEN called the YOYO+.  It is small but sturdy. There are many compact strollers available but I want a smooth ride and wheels that mean business.  I don’t want to feel the road when I go for a walk with my g-baby anymore than I would if I took him for a ride in my car.

The BABYZEN YOYO+ stroller is compact when folded (52 x 44 x 18 cm), and weighs between 6.2 and 6.6 kg, depending on the version.

It can be folded up, unfolded and steered with one hand. With its 4-wheel suspension and exclusive “soft drive” system, regardless of ground conditions I get that smooth feel I am looking for. Not that I am ready to travel with my little one yet, but it fits in the overhead compartment on a plane. It folds up incredibly small and can be carried like a purse. Great for when you are on the move and practical and easy to stow away when you’re not.

All fabrics are easy to remove and are entirely machine-washable at 30°C. The XXL basket delivers comfort and extra storage options. Two key points for a neat nut like me.

Baby Zen, YOYO, Rhonda Massad, Montreal GrandmaAs for comfort for the rider, the YOYO+ backrest can be inclined to 145° in several positions, and features comfortable padding with a 5-point harness. The stroller is recommended from 0+. At 6 months and using the same frame, you can simply swap 0+ newborn fabrics to 6+ fabrics, and sit baby up to face the road.

We test drove the YOYO+ at Kelly Green on Sources in Dollard Des Ormeaux. Alexandra helped us out – Thanks a ton!! If you have more questions you can give her a call at  514-684-2323
